Phat Dat and Lotte Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Thu Thiem Eco Smart City Project

Ho Chi Minh City, May 26, 2026 – Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) and Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd. (“Lotte”) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance strategic cooperation regarding the Thu Thiem Eco Smart City project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City.

The Thu Thiem Eco Smart City project is positioned as a landmark integrated urban complex in Thu Thiem, with a large-scale development that includes retail, office, hospitality, premium residential units, and smart urban utilities. The project is expected to contribute to the formation of a new international financial and commercial hub in Ho Chi Minh City.
