Invested in projects of Trung Son Residencies in Binh Chanh District and Sao Mai Apartments in District 5 HCMC.

Commenced the construction of The EverRich 1 in District 1 HCMC including two 25-storey towers, a 5-storey commercial center, 300 luxury apartments and 50 office spaces, with the investment of VND 1,100 billion.

Continued the construction of The EverRich 1,
Expanded land accquisition for new projects in District 7, District 9, and Nha Be District, HCMC.

Invested in luxury resorts in Cam Ranh, Hoi An, and Phu Quoc,
Joined partnership with Starwood Group and Marriott Group to set up The Westin Resort & Spa (Cam Ranh) and the Marriott Hotel (Hoi An)

Completed and handed over The EverRich 1 to customers,
Launched new brand identity with new logo and slogan.

Commenced the construction and launched the show flats of The EverRich 2,
Commenced the construction of Phu Thuan Bridge connecting Phu My Hung and The EverRich 3,
Officially listed on HOSE, marking a new milestone of Phat Dat development.

Inaugurated Phu Thuan Bridge in Tan Phu Ward, District 7 HCMC,

Marked a remarkable development stage with the impressive revenue from selling River City Project (formerly known as The EverRich 2)
Joined collaboration with T.A.M Investment and Trading JSC to implement the Tower 239 CMT8 Project in Ho Chi Minh City,
Completed the Topping Out of The EverRich Infinity at 290 An Duong Vuong Street, Ward 4, District 5, HCMC,
Completed and handed over the villas of The EverRich 3 to its residents,
