Phat Dat Recognized Among Top 10 Asia–Pacific Outstanding Brands 2026
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) has been honored in the “Top 10 Asia–Pacific Outstanding Brands 2026” category in Beijing, China. The award is part of the 5th Asia-Pacific Economic Forum 2026, which brings together leading enterprises, organizations, and economic experts across the region.
The award evaluates brands based on a comprehensive set of criteria, including reputation, competitiveness, product and service quality, international integration capability, innovation, human resource development, sustainable growth strategy, and commitment to economic development aligned with environmental protection.

This recognition at a regional economic forum comes as Phat Dat continues to pursue a strategy of upgrading its project development standards toward international benchmarks, while expanding cooperation with global partners in development, operation, and real estate management.
In recent periods, Phat Dat has actively strengthened partnerships with major international corporations such as Mitsubishi Corporation, Lotte Group, and WorldHotels under BWH Hotels.
Notably, its collaboration with Mitsubishi Corporation in the Thu An 1 project marks a significant milestone in Phat Dat’s integration journey. Industry experts note that working with high-standard Japanese partners such as Mitsubishi requires developers to meet stringent requirements in legal compliance, governance, financial capacity, and project execution capability.
According to Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu, Chief Executive Officer of Phat Dat, the company has proactively enhanced its standards across project preparation, legal management, financial operations, and organizational structure to meet the requirements of international partnerships.
In parallel, Phat Dat has also signed a cooperation agreement with Lotte for the development of the Thu Thiem Eco Smart City project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is positioned as one of the major mixed-use developments in the city’s new financial and commercial hub, integrating retail, hospitality, office, and premium residential components.

In terms of operations, the partnership with WorldHotels under BWH Hotels reflects the company’s strategy to adopt international standards in property management and operations for suitable product segments.
Beyond international partnerships, Phat Dat is also gradually integrating global standards into its project development process, notably LEED and Fitwel.
LEED is a green building certification system focused on energy efficiency, resource utilization, and carbon emission reduction, while Fitwel emphasizes occupant health, safety, and living experience through environmental and operational criteria.
Industry observers note that the adoption of global standards in real estate is becoming an increasingly clear trend in Vietnam, as the market shifts from competition based on scale to competition based on development quality and long-term operational capability.
This strategic direction is also reflected in Phat Dat’s upcoming projects such as La Pura and Quy Nhon Iconic, which are developed with a strong focus on living experience, amenities, and integrated planning rather than purely residential supply.
In addition to project development activities, Phat Dat’s projects have also been introduced at several international investment forums in Shanghai, Taipei, and Tokyo, aiming to expand engagement with foreign investors and partners interested in the Vietnamese market.

According to the company’s plan, in the 2026–2027 period, Phat Dat expects to launch 6–8 projects with large scale and elevated development standards.
As the real estate market enters a new development cycle, expanding international cooperation, upgrading project standards, and adopting global operational benchmarks are increasingly seen as key drivers of long-term competitiveness.
For Phat Dat, the “Top 10 Asia–Pacific Outstanding Brands 2026” award represents not only brand recognition but also reflects the company’s ongoing transition toward new regional development standards.
